    I can but when ever I try to connect to the server it says "Failed to connect to the server" "connection refused"
    Please Help!!

    i have same problem here so i browsed to this website but nothing is here saying that its down or something....

    It is a possibility that you are logging in when the server is having downtimes. (every 10-20 min the server goes down. We plan to fix this.)
